Gainswave Issaquah WA - Non-invasive Shockwave ED Treatment

WHAT IS GAINSWAVE THERAPY?

GAINSWave therapy is an effective treatment for addressing the (sometimes embarrassing) problem of erectile dysfunction. Also known as low-intensity shockwave therapy, GAINSWave utilizes low-intensity sound waves to achieve multiple results. These include increased blood flow to the penis, aged blood vessels repaired, stimulation of new blood vessel growth (angiogenesis), and removal of decades-old accumulations of micro plaques in penis vessels. A specific shockwave protocol, GAINSWave is designed to optimize efficacy and produce marked results, all while remaining safe and offering a worry-free treatment.

THE GAINSWAVE ISSAQUAH DIFFERENCE AND THE kass precision medicine ADVANTAGE

In an industry-leading move, Dr. Kate Kass was the very first GAINSWave practitioner to bring this valuable therapy to the West Coast and Issaquah. Dr. Kass, a pioneer in shockwave therapy, was one of only two doctors in the US to recognize the potential and start treating patients with GAINSWave. She and her team have performed more GAINSWave procedures than any other clinic in Washington state, and Kass Precision Medicine is considered one of the most experienced GAINSWave therapy providers in the US. We use a focused shockwave device approved by the FDA to make sure that our patients receive the best results. Most practitioners in the state use a radial device, which is not as well-supported by medical research.  Kass Precision Medicine uses evidence-based protocols from published shockwave studies.

GAINSWave leverages cutting-edge technology for men seeking better erectile function. It is, in short, a breakthrough solution for better erections and optimal sexual performance for men of any age – and now offered in Issaquah by one of the top practitioners in the field.

“It’s just like going to the gym and training a muscle…it’s the equivalent of a bench press.”

— JW Redmond, WA

HOW DOES GAINSWAVE (AKA SHOCKWAVE THERAPY) WORK?

GAINSWave works by means of three mechanisms:

  1. The high-frequency acoustic waves used in GAINSWave therapy stimulate nitric oxide synthase production within the penis vessels. The result is dilation of the vessels and enhanced blood flow in the penis for greater fullness and firmness.

  2.  GAINSWave treatment has been proven in multiple studies to stimulate the growth of both new blood vessels (angiogenesis) and new nerve tissue (neurogenesis. Regeneration of blood vessels and nerve tissue leads to firmer and more sustainable erections, with the added benefit of enhanced sensitivity for greater enjoyment.

  3. GAINSWave also reduces and eliminates micro plaques, resulting in more blood in the penis and improved health of the vessels and their ability to dilate and engorge with blood. So after just 6 to 12 treatments, you can enjoy stronger, harder, and more sustainable erections.

“After the first session, I noticed a definite improvement. And then about three months later, I had another round of GAINSWave treatments that just went through the roof. My sensitivity was dramatically higher compared to before, the maintainability was greatly improved…Now I have a sex life with GAINSWave that goes beyond what I had in my 20s.”

— Karl, 63

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR GAINSWAVE ISSAQUAH PROCEDURE

You should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled treatment time so that a numbing cream can be applied and have time to take effect. (For subsequent treatments, you can apply numbing cream at home before the appointment.) We will perform the entire procedure in 30-40 minutes using the GAINSWave trademarked protocol and equipment.

And that’s it! You can go back to your daily routine with no downtime and no recovery time. And while results vary, 75 % of men experience positive results after treatment, with some experiencing a spontaneous erection within 24 hours.

IS A GAINSWAVE TREATMENT PAINFUL OR EMBARRASSING?

No, it is not. The short 20-minute procedure is non-invasive and completely painless.

Kass Precision Medicine has performed thousands of GAINSWave shockwave treatments to assist male patients with erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s Disease, helping them achieve improved sexual wellness. Performing an average of 3 to 7 treatments per day, Dr. Kass and her staff are experts in erectile dysfunction. In addition, they emphasize privacy and discretion, and their professional service allows patients to feel confident and comfortable through every step of the process.

Because improving sexual function is a priority for many men, Kass Precision Medicine uses effective protocols, including GAINSWave, that address the underlying causes of erectile dysfunction and declining sexual performance. Patients leave the office anticipating better sexual performance and greater satisfaction – without pain or embarrassment.

Here’s what one patient had to say:

“Dr. Kass made an uncomfortable discussion comfortable in the first 5 minutes of my visit. I knew immediately I was working with a doctor who was an expert at treating ED, had prepared protocols, and clearly performed many treatments. What I thought was going to be embarrassing or awkward was actually a breeze. The GAINSWave and PRP were fairly painless and Dr. Kass had an excellent bedside manner. I’m noticing some promising improvements 3 weeks into treatments.”

— T.H., Bellevue, WA

IS THERE DOWNTIME AFTER AN ISSAQUAH GAINSWAVE TREATMENT?

No, there is no downtime or disruption of normal daily activities after a GAINSWave treatment. In fact, we encourage sexual activity as soon as possible after the procedure to promote healthy blood flow to the treated area.

“The very same night…it was amazing what kind of reactions it gave me.”

— Ronald LA, CA

HOW SOON AFTER TREATMENT DO PATIENTS SEE RESULTS?

Although it can take up to 3 to 4 months for new vessels to form, some men report improvement immediately after treatment. In fact, many GAINSWave procedure patients experience morning or nocturnal erections within just 24 hours. This is the result of nitric oxide (which is a vasodilator) being released into the bloodstream during the procedure.

“Right after the first treatment, I was engorged. I could see I was bigger. After the fifth treatment, I started to get spontaneous erections.”

— S.L. Florida

HOW MANY GAINSWAVE TREATMENTS DO YOU NEED?

Typically, patients need in the neighborhood of 6–12 treatments, depending on their individual goals. Kass Precision Medicine also offers GAINSWave preventive maintenance programs in Issaquah and surrounding areas to ensure sustained results and optimized performance.

HOW LONG DO GAINSWAVE ISSAQUAH RESULTS LAST?

GAINSWave therapy results have been medically proven to last 1–2 years. Using Doppler ultrasound imaging, a recent European study found that patients had improved blood flow (hemodynamics) in the penis one year after treatment.

Nearly 75% of men who chose GAINSWave treatment saw a reversal of their erectile dysfunction and reported improved sexual performance. Many patients with erectile dysfunction were able to reduce their oral ED medications or discontinue them entirely after the GAINSWave procedure.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE Kass Precision Medicine AS YOUR GAINSWAVE ISSAQUAH PROVIDER?

Dr. Kate Kass is considered a GAINSWave pioneer within the profession. She was one of the only doctors in the US who saw the potential early on and has performed more GAINSWave treatments in Washington state than any other doctor. Kass Precision Medicine is passionate about discovering new procedures and technologies like GAINSWave as a way to help patients achieve great outcomes.

Kass Precision Medicine also uses a comprehensive approach to treating erectile dysfunction and assisting men who simply want to enhance their sexual performance. On average, Dr. Kass spends at least an hour with each patient in an effort to understand his lifestyle and health history. After that, she orders a comprehensive blood panel that examines everything from thyroid function and testosterone levels to cardiovascular health – all of which can be contributing factors in ED.

In most cases, patients can begin their treatment package on the very first day. In the follow-up visit, we will go over lab work and address any other issues or variables that may be affecting or contributing to ED. For optimal results, Kass Precision Medicine may also use the GAINSWave procedure in conjunction with platelet-rich plasma (P-Shot).

“The things I was doing before GAINSWave were Band-Aids and the Band-Aids kept falling off…GAINSWave, as far as I’m concerned, is a far more permanent patch.”

— Michael

THE TECHNOLOGY DIFFERENCE

Kass Precision Medicine uses “radial” and “focused” shockwave devices, both approved by the FDA for musculoskeletal issues. There are in excess of 40 studies that support the efficacy of shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction, most of which employ a focused shockwave device. Kass Precision Medicine uses radial and focused devices manufactured by Storz Medical, an industry leader that leverages over 75 years of medical research and development. Both are “classified medical” devices and can only be purchased and overseen by a medical professional.

The focused device is a more powerful device that penetrates deeper into the tissue, and the radial device affects shallower tissue. Whereas the focused device casts a shockwave similar to a laser beam, the radial device transmits a wider, shallower beam. The focused shockwave device creates a deeper and more intense response in the tissue - making it more effective at treating moderate to severe cases of ED than the radial device. Most clinics don’t offer focused shockwave therapy - likely because this approach requires higher level medical providers to operate them (i.e., a doctor or registered nurse) and the devices are more costly. Kass Precision Medicine is dedicated to providing the most effective and evidence-based solutions, so she offers both radial and focused shockwave therapy.

Ever since shockwave therapy became popular in the United States, many companies have begun offering sub-standard devices that they say are capable of treating ED. Several are even sold directly to consumers and can even be purchased on Amazon! However, it’s important to note that the effectiveness of these devices is not proven, and they should be used with extreme caution, if at all.

“It’s been incredible. I’ve had a couple of encounters where I felt like I was more erect and more hard than when I was a 20-year-old.”

— Jeff, 61
