Gainswave Redmond WA - Non-invasive Shockwave ED Treatment

THE BENEFITS OF GAINSWAVE THERAPY

GAINSWave leverages the power of low-intensity sound waves to increase blood flow to the penis, repair aged blood vessels, stimulate angiogenesis (growth of new blood vessels), and remove decades of micro plaques in the vessels of the penis. GAINSWave is an effective, safe protocol that continues to gain in popularity. Because GAINSWave uses low-intensity sound waves and is non-invasive, it is also referred to as low-intensity shockwave therapy.

“After the first session, I noticed a definite improvement. And then about three months later, I had another round of GAINSWave treatments that just went through the roof. My sensitivity was dramatically higher compared to before, the maintainability was greatly improved…Now I have a sex life with GAINSWave that goes beyond what I had in my 20s.”

— Karl, 63

kass precision medicine, THE LEADING PROVIDER OF GAINSWAVE REDMOND

Dr. Kate Kass has pioneered the procedure, leading the industry and introducing GAINSWave to the Northwest and Redmond. One of only two doctors in the US who initially saw the potential of GAINSWave’s cutting-edge technology in helping men seeking better erectile function, Dr. Kass has performed more GAINSWave or shockwave therapy procedures than any other doctor in Washington state and is one of the longest standing providers in the US of GAINSWave therapy. Kass Precision Medicine uses a focused shockwave device approved by the FDA to ensure our patients receive the most effective results. Most practitioners in Washington state use a radial device, which is not as well-supported by the evidence. We use evidence-based protocols from published studies about shockwave therapy.

“The very same night…it was amazing what kind of reactions it gave me.”

— Ronald

THE SCIENCE OF GAINSWAVE

Shockwave therapy works on three levels:

  1. High-frequency acoustic waves stimulate nitric oxide synthase production within the vessels in the penis. This results in dilated vessels and increased blood flow to the existing blood vessels in the penis.

  2. Studies have repeatedly shown that GAINSWave treatment stimulates the growth of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) and the growth of new nerve tissue (neurogenesis). Translation: Regeneration of blood vessels and nerve tissue leads to firmer, longer, and more sensitive erections.

  3. GAINSWave eliminates micro plaques, which increases blood in the penis and improves the ability of vessels to dilate and fill with blood. The result? Stronger, harder, and more sustainable erections in just 6–12 treatments.

THE TECHNOLOGY DIFFERENCE

Kass Precision Medicine uses “radial” and “focused” devices - two kinds of shockwave devices that are both approved by the FDA for musculoskeletal issues. There are more than 40 studies that support the efficacy of shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction, with the majority using a focused shockwave device. Kass Precision Medicine employs radial and focused devices manufactured by Storz Medical, an industry leader that leverages more than 75 years of medical R&D. These are both “classified medical” devices - which can only be purchased and overseen by a medical professional.

Whereas a focused device is a more powerful device that penetrates deeper into the tissue, the radial device targets shallower tissue. The focused device casts a shockwave that is similar to a laser beam - compared to a radial device that emits a wider, shallower beam. The focused shockwave device, which is featured in the majority of the medical research studies, creates a deeper and more intense response in the tissue - making it more effective at treating moderate to severe cases of erectile dysfunction. It is uncommon to find a clinic that offers focused shockwave therapy - likely because these devices require higher-level medical providers to operate them (i.e. a doctor or registered nurse) and are more costly. Kass Precision Medicine chooses to offer both radial and focused shockwave therapy because we are dedicated to providing evidence-based solutions that are most effective for our patients.

Ever since shockwave therapy became popular in this country, many companies have developed sub-par devices that they say are capable of treating ED. Many are even sold directly to consumers - and can even be purchased on Amazon! However, the efficacy of these devices has not been proven by medical research and it’s important to note that they should be used with extreme caution, if at all.

GAINSWAVE REDMOND PROCEDURE: WHAT TO EXPECT

For your first treatment, arrive 30 minutes early, so a numbing cream can be applied. (For follow-up treatments, the numbing cream can be applied at home before the appointment.) During the 30-40 minute procedure, we will treat you using the GAINSWave trademarked protocol and equipment. That’s it; there’s no downtime! You can resume your regular activities immediately.

“Right after the first treatment, I was engorged. I could see I was bigger. After the fifth treatment, I started to get spontaneous erections.”

— Stormy

GAINSWAVE TREATMENT: PAINFUL OR EMBARRASSING?

Not at all. The short procedure is non-invasive and completely painless. Using shockwave therapy (GAINSWave), Dr. Kass and her team have successfully treated hundreds of male patients for erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease, and improved sexual wellness. In fact, we perform up to seven GAINSWave treatments per day.

Kass Precision Medicine provides discreet, professional service that allows patients to feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Experts in erectile dysfunction, Dr. Kass and her team have effective protocols, including GAINSWave, that address the root cause of declining sexual performance. Patients experience improved sexual performance and a high level of satisfaction.

Here’s what one patient had to say:

“Dr. Kass made an uncomfortable discussion comfortable in the first five minutes of my visit. I knew immediately I was working with a doctor who was an expert at treating ED, had prepared protocols, and clearly performed many treatments. What I thought was going to be embarrassing or awkward was actually a breeze. The GAINSWave and PRP were fairly painless and Dr. Kass had an excellent bedside manner. I’m noticing some promising improvements three weeks into treatments.”

— Tony, Redmond, WA

WHAT’S THE DOWNTIME AFTER A GAINSWAVE REDMOND TREATMENT?

There is zero downtime after a GAINSWave treatment. We encourage sexual activity as soon as possible after the procedure to encourage blood flow to the treated area. Results vary depending on the patient, but 75 percent of men have reported positive results post-treatment. In fact, some have experienced a spontaneous erection within 24 hours.

“The things I was doing before GAINSWave were Band-Aids and the Band-Aids kept falling off…GAINSWave, as far as I’m concerned, is a far more permanent patch.”

— Michael

HOW MANY GAINSWAVE TREATMENTS DO YOU NEED?

Patients typically need 6–12 treatments, depending on their goals. Kass Precision Medicine offers GAINSWave preventative maintenance programs in Seattle, Redmond, and surrounding areas to maintain results and optimize performance.

HOW SOON CAN YOU EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?

While the formation of new vessels can take 3–4 months, some men show improvement immediately after treatment. Many GAINSWave patients can have morning or nocturnal erections within 24 hours due to the nitric oxide (a vasodilator) released in the bloodstream during the procedure.

“The GAINSWave allowed me to have a firmer and thicker penis and a much quicker erection, much harder erection.”

— Allen

HOW LONG DO GAINSWAVE REDMOND RESULTS LAST?

The effects of GAINSWave therapy have been medically proven to last 1–2 years. A recent European study using Doppler ultrasound imaging showed that patients had improved blood flow in the penis one year after treatment.

Nearly 75 percent of men with erectile dysfunction saw a reversal of their condition after GAINSWave treatment and reported improved sexual performance. The majority of patients with ED were able to reduce or discontinue oral ED medications after being treated with GAINSWave.

kass precision medicine: THE SMART CHOICE FOR GAINSWAVE TREATMENTS

Dr. Kass is a true GAINSWave pioneer. She was one of the only doctors in the US to initially see the potential and start treating patients with GAINSWave therapy. Kass Precision Medicine has performed more GAINSWave treatments in Washington State than any other clinic. We are passionate about discovering new technology like GAINSWave and helping patients achieve great outcomes and optimal wellness.

Kass Precision Medicine brings a comprehensive approach to treating men experiencing erectile dysfunction or who simply want to enhance sexual performance. Upon arrival, Dr. Kass spends, on average, an hour with a patient to understand his lifestyle and health history and orders a comprehensive blood panel that looks at everything from testosterone levels and thyroid function to cardiovascular health, all of which can contribute to ED.

Patients are usually able to start their treatment package on the first day. During a follow-up visit, we will review lab work with them, along with any other variables that might be contributing to ED. Kass Precision Medicine can also combine GAINSWave treatments with the P-Shot (platelet-rich plasma) for maximum results.

“It’s been incredible. I’ve had a couple of encounters where I felt like I was more erect and more hard than when I was a 20 year old.”
