Kass Precision Medicine is a concierge practice in Bellevue, WA led by Dr. Kate Kass and an experienced team of providers.
We address a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, specializing in men’s and women’s hormone health, menopause, evidence-based hormone replacement, sexual health and erectile dysfunction, and treating metabolic syndrome.

Meet the Founder
Dr. Kate Kass is a primary care physician in Washington State with over a decade of experience helping women and men preserve vitality, sharpen performance, and take control of how they age. She founded Kass Precision Medicine to challenge the limitations of traditional, reactive healthcare - building a model centered on proactive, evidence-based care designed to optimize healthspan, not just lifespan.
Her work is grounded in the belief that patients deserve to feel as strong, clear, and capable as the lives they’ve built demand. Through unhurried, highly personalized care, Dr. Kass partners with patients to support long-term energy, resilience, and peak function at every stage of life.
Dr. Kass trained at the University of California, San Diego and the National University of Natural Medicine. She holds advanced certification in hormone replacement therapy through the Academy of Innovative and Preventative Medicine (WorldLink Medical) and has completed extensive continuing education in menopause medicine and hormone optimization. She is an active member of the Age Management Medical Group, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
